   ARRIVALS :

   From 16.00 untill 20,00 H.Any client who cannot arrive before 20,00H should inform this office beforehand.Tel 972 750038. Movil : 629323956 and  687611481.

 

   KEYS :

   Can be collected in our office : Calle Iglesia, 30.

 

   DEPARTURES

   Apartments must be vacated between 09,00 h and 10,00 H of the day of departure.

 

   DEPOSIT OF GUARANTEE :

   150.- euros per appartment.

 

   CAPACITY OF THE APPARTMENTS :

   The client is fully and exclusively responsible for correctly declaring the exact number of people who are going to occupy the appartment.

 

   ANOMOLIES OR DEFICIENCIES:

   Must be notified by the client upon official entry to the appartment or in our office immediatly such anomoly or deficiencie is discovered.

 

   INVENTORY:

   The appartments are eqquiped with everythinng necessary for aoccupation

 

    BED LINEN :

    Included.

 

   SERVICES:

   The services and costs wich are covered by the price of the rental agreement are : Upon the arrival,the appartment to be clean and prepared,consumption of gas,water and electricity,maintenance service,reception of the clients, V.A.T.

 

   RESERVATIONS :

   25 % of the total priuce must be paid as a deposit.No rental can be regarded as secure until the necessary deposit has been paid.

 

   SUPPLEMENTS :

   In some appartments/ houses it is possible to put extra beds or cots.price : 12.- Euros per week.Other items can be provided.

 

   ANIMALS :

   Animals are allowed in most of appartments.Please, confirm.

 

   CANCELLATIONS :

   In the xase where a client wishes to cancel the rental agreement, the following scale of cancellation charges will apply :

 

a)    Notification one month or prior to the arrival date25. % of the booking amount.

b)    Notification more then 10 days and less then 30 days :  50 % of the booking amont.

c)     Notification with less then 10 days, 100 % of the booking amount.

d)     There is no refund should a client leave the appartment for personal reasons before the agreed final date.

 

   IMPORTANT

   Any  client may be legally removed from his/her appartment 8without any right of restitution) for behaviour prejudicial to the accomodation,. Itīs content or itīs neighbours.

   Request of specific floor or appartment can be only complied when the contract will be formalised.

 

   AGREEMENT :

   To agree to the rental contract of any appartment implies the acceptance by the client of all terms hereto.
